To protect your vehicle while in transit, a $250 Transport Protection Fee applies.
This fee includes transport insurance and administrative processing.
The $250 Transport Protection Fee is non-refundable, even if the vehicle is returned.
We want you to purchase with confidence.
After your vehicle has been delivered, you have 10 days or up to 500 kilometres (whichever comes first) to inspect, test and evaluate your vehicle under normal driving conditions.
If, during this period, you decide the vehicle is not suitable for your needs, you may return it.
Upon return and inspection of the vehicle in substantially the same condition as delivered (allowing for reasonable test use), the full purchase price will be refunded.
The only amount that is not refundable is the $250 Transport Protection Fee, as this covers transport insurance and delivery-related services already provided.
Customers who prefer to inspect the vehicle before completing their purchase may choose a showroom inspection by appointment.
Many of our vehicle are securely stored at off-site storage facilities rather than at our showroom.

This policy helps ensure that inspection appointments are reserved for customers who are genuinely intending to purchase a vehicle.
To arrange a showroom inspection, a fully refundable reservation deposit equal to 50% of the agreed purchase price is required.

Your 50% reservation deposit will be credited towards the purchase price, and only the remaining balance will be payable.
Your reservation deposit will be refunded in full, subject to the terms of the Sales Agreement.
